Warranty Policy

Note: This policy is only applicable for products purchased on www.esrgear.pk, other websites, or in physical store Authorized by ESR Pakistan. Please contact Customer Support for assistance. Our friendly customer support team are on hand to quickly help with any questions or concerns.


ESR Pakistan provides a simple and direct warranty that ensures any product issues can be resolved quickly and easily. Please refer to chart below for the warranty time frames of various products, as the warranty periods may differ.This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issue

  1. All quality-related issues for items sold by ESR Pakistan are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of Delivery/Purchase.
  2. Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time frame as the original defective item or have a time frame of 3 months after being replaced, depending on which is longer.
  3. For quality-related warranty claims, where the original item is out of stock and cannot be replaced, it will be replaced with an item of equal value.


  1. The buyer must provide the order number,product packing and receipt of their purchase.
  2. ESR Pakistan must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product.
  3. Visible proof of the item’s defect is required, such as a photo.
  4. It is necessary to return an item for quality inspection.
  5. After confirmation of all necessary information, ESR Pakistan will offer a replacement (in-warranty period) or a refund (for first 45 days of the warranty period)

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  1. Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  2. Lost or stolen products
  3. Items that have passed their warranty period
  4. Non-quality related issues
  5. Free products
  6. Repairs through 3rd parties
  7. Damage from outside sources
  8. Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
  9. Products not received due to the incorrect shipping information provided.
  10. TPU or Silicone Cases if changes color.

Tip: Protect Your TPU or Silicon Cases from heat i.e remove case when charging, direct exposure to sun for longer period etc.

ESR Pakistan is not liable for

  • Misuse of the products, or non-compliance of user manual
    • Any accidental, indirect or punitive damages incurred from use of ESR products, including but not limited to; loss of data, device damage, monetary loss etc.
    • Any deliberate distortion or abuse of warranties for personal benefit
